Hi Joseph. Yes you can create a Cloud Manager Instance on https://cloud.netapp.com and from there you can provision a Cloud Manager instance on-prem or on your preferred hyperscaler. Once you have the Cloud manager form there you can create a Cloud Volume ONTAP instance on AWS or Azure and establish a SnapMirror Replication relationship from your on-prem system to both of them.
