Hi, a few questions please. would appreciate a response.

1) Please help me understand the difference between SPSite and SPWeb?
2) What does MOSS mean?
3) In an organization with two collaborative SharePoint farms, is it possible to share content types from Farm A to Farm B and simultaneously share content types from Farm B to Farm A?

2) i) MOSS stands for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.
ii) It is the complete version of a portal-based platform for collaboratively creating, managing and sharing documents and Web services.

3) Yes. The Managed Metadata Service application enables content types to be simultaneously published and consumed between different farms.
