this is a good article, but my question is that do you use same baseline from sprint to sprint, for example, if in sprint one i said a story is one story point and then in sprint three, will I use sprint 1 story as a baseline to determine the complexity of the stories in sprint 3 https://www.mountaingoatsoftware.com/blog/dont-equate-story-points-to-hours

Determining accurate Story Points is an iterative process until we have solid feel of what constitutes 1 story point. For example, a story that we thought in sprint 1 as 1 story point but after implementation we felt it should have been 5 story points. Now, when we are estimating stories in sprint 2 we don't have to use same baseline from sprint 1. Rather we evolve and improve on our estimation.
