Currently, JIRA has all the plugins for Agile Methodology. It allows you to track requirments via user stories. These stories can flow thru different SwimLanes. This is done using Kanban board within JIRA.

Furthermore, reports can be generated from JIRA Agile Plugin to see how a sprint is planned, executed and performed.

Typical Swimlane in a kanban board may be:

1. Open
2. Groomed
3. Ready for Development
4. In Development
5. In QA
6. Ready for Prod
7. Released

Depending on your organizations' need you can modify the swimlanes in a kanban board.
