The ITIL Foundation level is the entry level certification which offers you a general awareness of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL service lifecycle, including the links between lifecycle stages, the processes used and their contribution to service management practices.
I just took the ITIL Practitioner course and wrote the exam. I did not do well in the exam. Can I get some help from the community as to what one needs to do to pass the exam? Are there any precise areas I should concentrate on or is there a specific way I should address this exam? Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
Hi Nicholas. If you have taken ITIL v3 Foundation and want to move onto ITIL 4 stream, currently at Foundation level there is no transitory module. You’ll have to undergo training for ITIL 4 Foundation and sit the certification exam upon completion of your training.
